Parent Information Camp 1 –
Camp dates – July 17th to 21st – Centrepointe Theatre – 09.30 to 12.30 daily
Registration and pick up everyday will be from The Stage Door located at the side of the building by the loading docks.
Drop off for the students begins at 9.25 am from the stage door, at this time Miss Della and Miss Sydney will be there to meet you and sign you all in.
Pick up for your child will be from the Stage door and Miss Della and Miss Sydney will be there with the sign out sheets
If ever you have any concerns or questions please drop me an email and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Please park in the allocated car parking spots and not at the stage door loading dock, cars in the loading zone will be ticketed or towed.
Broadway babies are in one matinee show
Cast 1 – 3pm performance on Friday 21st
There is free parking, doors open 15 mins prior to each performance and seating is not allocated.
Performance day pick up and drop off
Due to the longer day on July 21st and to save you coming and going three times students are to be dropped off at 11.30am and will remain with us until after the 3pm performance. Students are to be collected and go home after they have performed in the 3pm show and the students again are to be collected from their normal pick up point of the stage door.
Students need to wear clothing in which they can easily move and are not restricted, please no dresses or skirts. eg- Girls, jazz pants, dance shorts or leggings, t-shirt and sweatshirt it can get chilly with the air on – Boys – joggers or shorts, t-shirt and sweatshirt.
All students – ballet slippers, gym slippers or black or tan jazz shoes are required and trainers (not sandles or slip on shoes) for outside games and recreation)
A bag, hat and sun cream with your childs name on them.
Please provide a refillable water bottle, 2 snacks and on Friday 21st a good size lunch. Please take into consideration that we are a nut free and shellfish free school… NO NUT PRODUCTS AT ALL, all items should be named.

There is a small cost for tickets to cover the theatre staff and ticketing. Tickets will be available through Eventbrite from July 10th there will be a link on the broadway babies page. As this is a closed event for parents and friends, you need the password “ cinderella“ to access the ticket site. Seating is limited to 180. Tickets will be $8.00 including all taxes, babies and small children may sit on laps and do not need tickets.
